480MW Combined Cycle Power Plant ā€“ Full O&M

Operations and maintenance management of a 480MW independent power plant including gas turbines, steam turbines, and 330kV substation. Scope covered plant operations, CMMS implementation, maintenance engineering, HSE, cost control, and workforce deployment (109 Nigerians + 15 expatriates).

Offshore E&I Engineering & Commissioning Projects

Full operations and maintenance services for AFAM VI Independent Power Plant operating in combined cycle mode. Scope includes 24/7 operations, supply chain management, spare parts control, and full balance of plant management.

Full operations and maintenance of compressor plants, booster stations, gas manifold facilities, turbines, and instrumentation systems. Managed 133 Nigerian and 6 expatriate personnel across complex gas processing infrastructure.
