NETCODietsmann Company Limited was established in 2001 as a strategic joint venture between NETCO — the National Engineering and Technical Company, Nigeria's first national engineering company and a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) — and the Dietsmann Group, established in 1977 as the largest independent European operation and maintenance contractor.
This partnership was designed to provide world-class operation and maintenance services to the Nigerian energy industry. By combining NETCO's deep understanding of the Nigerian market with Dietsmann's global expertise across 30+ countries, NETCODietsmann delivers unmatched operational excellence.
Headquartered in Abuja with operations based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, we serve Nigeria's leading energy operators including TotalEnergies, Shell, ENI, ExxonMobil, NNPC, and Oando.
